Overview

Climate Change and Public Health comprehensively covers the health impacts of climate change, including heat-related and respiratory disorders, vectorborne and waterborne diseases, malnutrition, mental disorders, and violence. Jonathan Patz and Karin Leder

Jonathan Patz spent the spring of 2024 on sabbatical in Australia based out of Monash University. Karin Leder, co-lead of the Planetary Health Division and Head of the Infectious Diseases Epidemiology Unit in the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Monash University and Director of Monash’s Health and Climate Initiative , was a close collaborator during Jonathan’s sabbatical.
